At this residential project in Mardakan, the Homrend team designed and installed a multifunctional, stylish four-season terrace system. The project combines a motorized bioclimatic pergola and a sliding insulated glass system, creating a space that can be used comfortably in all weather conditions.
The bioclimatic pergola features adjustable aluminum louvers that rotate from 0° to 135°, allowing full control over sunlight, airflow, and protection from rain. The system is fully automated and designed to withstand outdoor conditions while adding a modern architectural touch.
The sliding glass enclosure is built with 8 mm tempered glass, ensuring maximum visibility while offering strong thermal and sound insulation. The double-rail sliding mechanism makes the panels smooth to operate and space-saving when opened. This system allows the terrace to feel open in summer and fully enclosed in winter — a true four-season solution.
